With the assistance of a GF food consultant, Estelle Chandler, an accomplished chef with national food services certification, Gluten Free Travel-Us can oversee the hotels and restaurants that are recommended all over the world.
Gluten Free Travel-Us brings a new dimension to the traveling public. For quite a while there has been a need for customized, individual travel that encompasses gluten free options. Not everyone with a food allergy finds it convenient to travel in a group with a set date, pre planned itinerary. Now, you can choose your itinerary based upon when you wish to travel, how long you want to be away, what optional activities you wish to include and with whom you wish to travel. With the suggested online itineraries, there are already partnerships with hotels, resorts, cruise ships and overseas suppliers. But, if you are interested in destinations that Gluten Free Travel-Us has not already thought of, do not despair. Every effort will be made to create a trip of your dreams based on your choice of destination. Hotels will be contacted for their ability to provide Gluten Free breakfast (and other meals, if available) as well as providing restaurant recommendations that offer Gluten Free options. It is the responsibility of our consultant to take the extra steps to actually review the menus and food ingredients. And, if in our research we are not satisfied with the information, we will advise you of that. Our goal is to provide you with the same confidence as the non gluten free traveler and, if it cannot be done, it is our job to let you know.
