Cinnamon Strawberry Detox Drink

With SPRING finally in the air, it is the perfect time to cleanse and detoxify our bodies. You don’t have to go to a lot of trouble or expense to detoxify. You can make this drink in a snap. Buy local organic strawberries and lime to create the easiest, tastiest, homemade detoxifying drink. Strawberries and limes are packed with antioxidants and nutrients, so be sure to enjoy eating them as well!


5 strawberries, halved
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 lime
1 L water


Steep overnight to fuse ingredients and create a natural detoxifying drink.

    Hi – instead of lime could I use lemon? Would that taste okay? Trying to detox my kidneys and I hear lemon is better – also, I would think it would taste good with it being strawberries & lemon mixed, but please let me know 🙂 Thanks!
